Executive Chef Michael Kuefner is the resident culinary expert at 915 Labs, guiding customers in developing new packaged foods with MATS, creating the company’s line of signature dishes and advancing the state of the art for MATS-Made food.

Prior to joining 915 Labs, Chef Michael served as the lead culinary arts instructor at the Brightwater culinary arts program in Bentonville, Arkansas. He is both a certified executive chef and charcutier, with extensive training in food science and microbiology.
